State of the keyboard

Fields§

§keys: TinyVec<[u8; 8]>

All the currently pressed keys, most keyboard doesn’t have more than 6 key rollover, so 8 should be enough to avoid allocations for most cases.

§depressed_modifiers: u32

Depressed modifiers. What this number means is not well defined in the wayland protocol. In practice this is whatever is returned by the xkb_state_serialize_mods function.

§latched_modifiers: u32

Latched modifiers

§locked_modifiers: u32

Locked modifiers

§effective_layout: u32

Effective keyboard layout, this is called “group” in the wayland protocol
